The Ro Factor: WTF, gmail chat disabled by who?

I got this wierd message in my GMail chat window today. What is the deal here?

I've been getting downtime with it myself a lot lately.

Or they were doing this to prepare for the gmail domain services that they were talking about previously, where you can run your company domain's e-mail off of GMail.

The administrator in that case would be your site admin.
